Cancelling Orders Before Shipment
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first. To request a cancellation, please get in touch with our team via email as soon as possible.
If your order qualifies for cancellation, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Orders That Have Been Shipped
Once your order has left our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible. However, after you receive your package, you may initiate a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Changing Orders or Addresses
At this time, we do not support changes to order items or delivery addresses once the order is placed. If you need to make any changes, you will need to cancel the current order (if eligible) and place a new one.
